Challenge of Children in Cambodia
Many children in Cambodia face incredible challenges in their daily life. From being forced to work instead of going to school, from not having access to an adequate diet or public health facilities, to feeling lost in a system that doesn't hear their voice, to being lucky enough to be in school but still not receiving the quality of teaching to be able to read and write by age 11. This is a visual account of some of these challenges.
World Vision is committed to stopping the exploitation and abuse of children, to fighting malnutrition in children under 5, to improving the quality of primary education, to empowering a generation of youth to be creative and active citizens so that they can be the next generation of leaders in this great nation.
